    Guys, what is the current consensus? Are any of the dumps valid, or has CISCO changed the exam to the point where this is a waste of time?

    February 26th, 2018

    @Tomcat

    This question has baffled me for some time. In the Cisco link you posted about EIGRP Authentication, it states just 2 requirements…

    Requirements:

    – The time must be properly configured on all routers. Refer to Configuring NTP for more information.

    – A working EIGRP configuration is recommended.

    The question specificially says “other than a working configuration”, so I only see one other option and that is “time”. So, would the answer not be B? Thoughts?

  13. weee
    February 26th, 2018

    @Tomcat @ Dareezy
    B Time is correct answer. IF you are doing rollover time must be synced (NTP or manual) otherwise one router can start using new key and other can be using old one and neighbour relation will be torn. Key words in this question are “EIGRP authentication key rollover to work correctly”.

    C. Stateless autoconfiguration requires additional setup, whereas stateful autoconfiguration requires no additional setup
    D. Both stateless and stateful autoconfiguration require no additional setup

    My answer: B

    1.Doesn’t require support of a DHCP server – Stateless Auto Configuration does away with the need of a DHCP server to allocate IP addresses to the individual nodes connected to the Local Area Network (LAN).

    2. Allows hot plugging of network devices – The network devices can be ‘hot-plugged’ to the Internet. Since the devices can configure their own IP addresses, there is no need for manual configuration of the network devices. The devices can be simply connected to the network and they automatically configure themselves to be used over an IPv6 network.

    (Additional configuration on the server is necessary) before the same information can be provided

    which two protocol are required for DMVPN?(choose two)
    PPTP
    IPSed
    mGRE
    NHRP
    Open VPN

    Ans. mGRE & NHRP

    Explanation:
    DMVPN combines multiple GRE (mGRE) Tunnels, IPSec encryption and NHRP (Next Hop Resolution Protocol) to perform its job and save the administrator the need to define multiple static crypto maps and dynamic discovery of tunnel endpoints.
    Note:
    DMVPN is not a protocol, it is the combination of the following technologies:
    + Multipoint GRE (mGRE)
    + Next-Hop Resolution Protocol (NHRP)
    + Dynamic Routing Protocol (EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP…) (optional)
    + Dynamic IPsec encryption (optional)
    + Cisco Express Forwarding (CEF)

    Another I believe wrong answe for the question within all dumps:
    Which BGP option is required when load sharing over multiple equal-bandwidth parallel links from a single CE router to a single ISP router over eBGP?
    A. eBGP Multipath
    B. eBGP Multihop
    C. BGP Synchronization
    D. Public AS numbers

    All dumps says that correct is B, but eBGP Multihop option is used when your BGP neighbor is not in directly connected network with you.

    I think that correct option here is eBGP Multipath, because this term cisco used in references:

    @CCNP fail fail fail
    1. A,D,E. I checked it in gns ipv6 dhcp pool configuration. It cannot be a subnet mask because ipv6 only have prefixes.
    2. D.
    3. I think it must be A, B and C. Not 100% confident about it, but this how you can identify traffic flow to block it in the future.
    4. D, but not sure.
    5. E, in general you only can see ACL drops a packet in a debug mode, which severity level is 7.

  37. Natan
    February 27th, 2018

    @Anonymous IMO it rather Source address, Destination Address and Traffic Class. You cannot use flow label in the future, cause it is kinda hash and it changes from one time to another.
