Thank you Weirdo, a grate help thank you.
Hi, thanks for all the previous comments , very helpfull !
server from test center had an power outage so I need to take another date to pass the exam ;
I’ve read that new questions was deployed.
I’ve looked at IPV6 QUESTION “routers distribute prefixes obtained from ISPs using DHCPv6”
if you are interested with :

Hello guys, is question mark allowed and functional in exam sims?? thank you in advance
@Weirdo
Questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are old questions from Dexter’s dump. And Q5 has other answer there – A. active/active firewall setup
I would like to discuss this question
“What from the following can cause an issue for URPF? (this could be single answer or multiple choice)
OR
Reasons why urpf may fail:
A.Assymetric routing
B.Cef not enabled
C.Urpf not applied to the traffic source
D.If it is used as ingress filtering
Answer: A”
Guys, if assymetric routing occurs uRPW will not fail! It will be working incorrect and drop correct packets but it will be working as a process!!! But if CEF is not enabled uRPF WILL NOT WORK absolutely! So B is the correct answer!
I don’t understand , anyone do you explain please? thanks
Question 5
In which scenario can asymmetric routing occur?
A. active/active firewall setup
B. single path in and out of the network.
C. active/standby firewall setup
D. redundant routers running VRRP
Answer: D
@flashgod
For this question Dexter’s dump shows other correct variant – “A. active/active firewall setup”, not D!
the answer to above question is A) . active/active firewall setup
Thanks Barron,Dexter,werewolf,maja,procyber,EO,weirdo and all others who posted the questions here.
cleared the exam yesterday.
i will post the questions soon as i remember quite a few of them.

Could you describe your “DnD IPV6 security”?
@venice – Thank you so much
@venice – Thanks
IPV6 security DnD is there in Dexter dumps.

Not sure if this is correct but its the most logical based on the given options:
Address registration – allows neighboring cisco devices to exchange the management ip addresses
Global addressing – Enables Frame Relay to identify interfaces in same manner as LAN
Multicasting – provides most efficient transmission of routing protocol messages and support address resolution ?
simple flow control – supports devices that are unable to use congestion notification
Virtual circuit – Prevents data from being transmitted in Black Hole

9. Question about PPPOE features (Choose two).
Options are PADO, PADI, PADR etc
Answers: PADR(PPPoE Active Discovery Request)
PADI (PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation)
ABOUT THE PPPoE:
Expanding off potential new question where people are talking about [PADO/PADI] — this refers to PPPoE:
PPPoE requires certain signals and information to establish, accept, control and terminate the session. The basic signalling is shown below.
A PADI (PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation) broadcast signal is sent by the host to the remote devices.
A PADO (PPPoE Active Discovery Offer) signal is sent by the remote device back to the host.
A PADR (PPPoE Active Discovery Request) unicast signal is sent by the host to the remote device.
A PADS (PPPoE Active Discovery Session-Confirmation) is sent by the remote device back to the host.
A PADT (PPPoE Active Discovery Terminate) signal is sent to terminate a PPPoE session. It is the proper way to terminate a session but is not the actual cause for the
termination. The cause may be a simple timeout, a manual request by either end, or an out of spec line condition.

hi guys so is dexter answer to the Question ; In which scenario can asymmetric routing occur incorrect ? DEXTER ANSWER IS A
A. active/active firewall setup
Dexter ITC
B. single path in and out of the network.
C. active/standby firewall setup
D. redundant routers running VRRP
guys giving different answer to this question now..saying its D; REDUNDANT ROUTES RUNNING VRRP
Hi Guys,
Here are some DND answers:
LMI
Address registration – allows neighbouring cisco devices to exchange the management ip addresses
Global addressing – Enables Frame Relay to identify interfaces in same manner as LAN
Multicasting – provides most efficient transmission of routing protocol messages and support address resolution
simple flow control – supports devices that are unable to use congestion notification
Virtual circuit – Prevents data from being transmitted in Black Hole
IPv6 Security
IPv6 traffic Filtering
It filters traffic at the interface level
It supports tagged ACLS
IPv6 Access Classes
It controls traffic to and from the router
It requires the destination address of the inbound traffic to be a local address.
It filters management traffic
Router
Passes logon information to the TACAS+ server
Prompts the user for username and password
TACACS+ Server
Authenticates the user
Authorises the user
User
Attempts to access the router
Provides access credentials
Frame Relay components
+ SVC: A circuit that provides temporary on-demand connections between DTEs
+ LMI: A signaling mechanism for Frame Relay devices
+ DLCI: A locally significant ID
+ FECN: An indicator of congestion on the network
+ PVC: A logical connection comprising two endpoints and a CIR
I am confused with question regarding “Show ip SLA ?” question
Options:
a) Packet sequences
b) Interface packet statistics
c) Operational availability
d) Device cpu utilization
Venice and Murphy suggest A but Digitut say C, can anyone help with this?
@BU
Cisco says C – Operational availability.
@Werewolf,
what do you think is the right answers of these questions:
Because I am not agreing with you on these answers,
Question 5
In which scenario can asymmetric routing occur?
A. active/active firewall setup
B. single path in and out of the network.
C. active/standby firewall setup
D. redundant routers running VRRP
Answer: D
———————————————
Question 6
Refer to the exhibit. How can you configure a second export destination for IP address 192.168.10.1?
A. Specify a different TCP port
B. Specify a different UDP port
C. Specify a VRF
D. Configure a version 5 flow-export to the same destination
E. Specify a different flow ID
Answer: C
@Okello
Q5: A
Q6: C (Cisco says – DON’T USE THE SAME IP ADDRESS…, so C must be correct)
@Okello
i agree with @warefolf both answers are correct as him says
@Popo, with VRRP the redundant routers are seen as ONE Router with a Virtual IP (so no asymmetric routing can occur)
Hello, may I know how to save the config on the labs? Is it via copy run start or wr? Thanks
hello, kinda lost you in this question –

B. authentication mismatch
C. process id of ospf not match
D. ospf timers not match
what is the right answers?

@Picollo
This question is not fully clear. ABD have a sense, but we have to select only two.
All options – AreaID, AuthInfo and Timers are interface-connected.
I have one idea. Usually network administrators are configuring area-id and authentication info and don’t change timers. Standard values of timers are useful and no any sense to change them. So if new installed router is not working a problem should be area-id mismatch or authentication mismatch.
