Hi guys, i thought this will help.

    For OSPF Evaluation, use:

    Question1: show ip ospf database
Question 2: show ip ospf interface serial 1/0
    Question 3: show ip ospf
    Question 4: show ip route

    For EIGRP Evaluation, use:

    2: show running-config
    3: show running-config
    4: show ip eigrp topology

For the question: “One long question something like, how do routers distribute prefixes obtained from ISPs using DHCPv6.”
    this Cisco-article could be useful – https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/ip-version-6-ipv6/113141-DHCPv6-00.html

  10. Werewolf
    January 27th, 2018

The process named “Prefix Delegation Feature” and it doesn’t use stateful DHCPv6. Routers use “R(config-if)# ipv6 address autoconfig default” command on provider’s side and “R(config-if)# ipv6 address prefix-from-provider” command on client’s side. And clients use “Client(config-if)# ipv6 address autoconfig”
So this is NOT stateful DHCPv6 process!

  24. Baron
    January 27th, 2018

    Guys,
    Passed the exam yesterday 9xx/1000!
53 questions, This is the latest version of the exam
3 questions for LAB (PBR, OSPF/EIGRP redistribution and EIGRP ip summary-address)
    5 questions of Dnd
    45 questions (Multiple Choices)
no Show IP EIGRP and Show IP OSPF sh run questions!
Dexter Dumps still valid and you need to understand the principles of the questions since I think 30/45 are still on Dexter Dumps questions (Cisco just rephrased the questions but still the answer are the same and the choices are very tricky so if you memorize the answer or the position of the choices then its very hard.
The 15 questions are not in Dexter Dumps but thanks to (@Eo,Sniper, weirdo) for their latest update for the questions.
    New Questions I remembered,
    1. Regarding a diagram with 3 routers (H1(with IPv6 IP and Loopback 1.1.1.1) +R1 (with IP IPv6 and Loopback 2.2.2.2) +R2 (with IP IPv6 and Loopback 3.3.3.3)
running with EIGRP 100 on both routers and what command you will implement so that you will see the loopback IP of R2 to be advertised at H1
    a. H1(config t)router eigrp 100
    H1(config t)no stub only
    b. R2(config t)router eigrp 100
    R2(config t)no stub receive only
    c H1(config t)ipv6 router eigrp 100
    H1(config t)no stub only
    d R2(config t)ipv6 router eigrp 100
    R2(config t)no stub only

    2. what will be shown when you do the “show track 1”
    a information statistics
b information of track list 1
c information of track list object 1

    Updated:

    1) Choose 2 methods for migrating routing protocols
Answers: Changing AD distance and Redistributing

    2) QUESTION about Choose best IP SLA deployment cycle that reduce deployment.
Answer: Baseline Network Performance, Undertanding Network Performance Baseline, Quantify Results, Fine Tune and Optimize.

3)One new question with choose correct statement about nat. You will see configuration of nat with nat pool (Dynamic Nat)
Answers: There were list config for private add. 2 similar options for this list. Correct answer has to be with a word “inside local”. Second correct options you will
Something “this list will be translated to this subnet (which is pool)”. DO not choose it translates one-to-one

    4) What Snmp v2c use for authentication
    Answer: community string

    5) One long question about router get ipv6 infos from ISP. Now it have to distribute name server and other options to hosts (LAN).
    Choices

    6) one new DND about DMVPN, meaning of HUB, SPOKE, mGRE, NHRP.

    7) One DND Frame relay LMI extensions.

    8) one question about ipv6 eigrp features supported (choose 2)
    Answer: scaling and partial updates.

    9) QUESTION about PADO, PADI, PADR Answers: PADR(PPPoE Active Discovery Request) and PADI (PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation)

LABs: EIGRP Stub, OSPF and EIGRP redistribution, PBR all labs from DigitalTut.

    10) New question about SNMP
Which security level is supported throughout all snmp versions?
    -authPriv
    -authNoPriv
    -noAuthNoPriv
    Answer: noAuthNoPriv

    11) Netflow v9 – Answer is IETF + ingress/egress
    -IEEE standard
    -IETF standard
    -ingress only
    -egress only
    -ingress/egress

    ABOUT THE PPPoE:
Expanding off potential new question where people are talking about [PADO/PADI] — this refers to PPPoE:

PPPoE requires certain signals and information to establish, accept, control and terminate the session. The basic signalling is shown below.

A PADI (PPPoE Active Discovery Initiation) broadcast signal is sent by the host to the remote devices.
A PADO (PPPoE Active Discovery Offer) signal is sent by the remote device back to the host.
A PADR (PPPoE Active Discovery Request) unicast signal is sent by the host to the remote device.
A PADS (PPPoE Active Discovery Session-Confirmation) is sent by the remote device back to the host.
A PADT (PPPoE Active Discovery Terminate) signal is sent to terminate a PPPoE session. It is the proper way to terminate a session but is not the actual cause for the

termination. The cause may be a simple timeout, a manual request by either end, or an out of spec line condition.

And take careful with the question about the OSPF, the exam asks only two answers:

    Question:
Using new backup router in spite of faulty one in OSPF domain but relationship with neighbor in one interface only not working, what is the reason of this problem? (Choose two)
    A. area match ===> they revised it from Dexter dumps (area id mismatch)
    B. authentication match ==== they revised it from Dexter dumps (authentication mismatch)
    C. process id of OSPF not match ====> my answer
    D. OSPF timers not match
    E. MTU mismatch ====> my answer

    @Maggie,
I think there are 2 versions of the exam, Last year to Jan19 2018 (48questions) cutoff which is 90% are covered from Dexter Dumps.
The Jan 22 upto now is the exam that I got (53 questions) with just 3 Lab and 5 Dnd and 45 multiple choices. No evaluation sim (no EIGRP and no OSPF sh run). 65% are still on Dexter Dumps since 35/53 questions are exact questions in Dexter Dumps. 18 questions are new. I think they are just mixing the old version and the new version and still adding new questions so that the exam will be having different versions from time to time. So I can still recommend the mastery of Dexter Dumps to the fullest for stock knowledge and just get an update for the new questions in this forum 1 day before taking the exam so that you will not be surprised for the new questions.

agree with u about this answer: but what is the right answer

  35. Platon
    January 27th, 2018

    @ Doleeb
I think the second choice should be OSPF timers (Hello , Dead )mismatch , as it is a mandatory parameter that should be matched for neighbor requirement .

Although please note that for EIGRP hello / hold timers shouldn’t have to be the same to form neighborship ! just FYI…

  41. Doleeb
    January 27th, 2018

    @Werewolf
i think the answer should be C

To display information about objects that are tracked by the tracking process, use the show track command in privileged EXEC mode.
show track [ object-number [brief] | interface [brief] | ip sla [brief] | timer ]
object-number: (Optional) Object number that represents the object to be tracked. The range is from 1 to 1000.

    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/ipapp/command/iap-cr-book/iap-s3.html#wp1928741274

QUESTION 20 A network engineer configures two connected routers to run OSPF in Area 0; however, the routers fail to establish adjacency. Which option is one of the caused for this issue?
    A. Area numbers match.
    B. OSPF process numbers do not match on both neighbor routers.
    C. The Same MTU sizes are configured on both sides.
    D. The Same OSPF router IDs are configured on both routers.
    Correct Answer: D

So you really must fully understand the theory in the Dexter dumps so that you will deduct and can figure out the best answer even they revised/rephrase the question or the choices

    @ weirdo
thank you for your output , for question 4 you should add cef is disabled that makes urpf fail, since it relies on FIB for examining all packets that are received as input on the interface where urpf is enabled to make sure that the source add and the interface appear in the routing table and match the interface on which the packet was received.
