Here is my feedback regarding the Q227. @francusss and anyone who already has taken the exam, please comment.
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
2/227 Correct answer (CA): D – Provider Edge
3/227 CA: In my Opinion depends on how the question is formulated. As is in this dump, i would choose D (Verifies FIB) instead of B (ingress ACL).
Cisco documentation clearly refer,”If uRPF and ACL configured, then check ACLs and then FIB. THere is no reference in the question to ACLs”. However it is indeed debatable.
757Q has 2 questions on this topic (formulated differently) w/ different solution..
18/227 CA: D – Loading
64/227 CA: C and E – They are sent when a route to the destination is missing from the routing table & They include a portion of the original data so that the source can identify the process that generated the message
78/100 CA: A and D – TFTP & SNMP
80/227 CA: Need to be confirmed through a simulation i guess. I have seen multiple solutions and none of them make sense to me. Starting from being DHCP a UDP protocol.
90/227 CA: D – ppp authentication ms-chap-v2 callin
The key is, only client is authenticated (one way authentication thus callin), ms-chap because it is a Microsoft client (i missed this part at first glance!) and v2 because support passowrd aging.
120/227 CA: B – EIGRP. Again at first glance i thought about Multipath BGP feature here but thinking of Loadbalacing between Successor and Feasible Successor on EIGRP, i guess EIGRP makes more sense.
124/227 CA: A, B and C – We can fix metric based routing loops by using acl,prefix-list,tag filtering, changing AD (from CCIE blogs). Offset lists do not solve the problem and can even lead to routing loops since it changes the delay.
128/227 CA: A – Solicit and Reply.
DHCPv6 can be implemented in two ways: Rapid Commit – DHCP client obtains configuration parameters from the server through a rapid two message exchange (solicit and reply).
Normal Commit – DHCP client uses four message exchanges (solicit, advertise, request and reply). By default normal-commit is used.
10/100 CA: D and E – IP packet distribution / Flow samples for specific protocols.
A remark to option B – flow export statistics. With Show ip cache flow you can see info about export flows but there isa more specific command to that purpose – show ip export flow.
28/100 CA: C and E – Propagation delay and Serialization delay.
64/100 CA: B and E – It requires the line protocol to be up / It operates on Frame Relay DTE interfaces
68/100 CA: I think there is a typo. It should be SNMPv3 authPriv andnot AuthEn. Anyway, the others are definitely not correct.
———————-
2nd 100Q segment
———————-
40/100 CA: B – bandwidth delay product (BDP)
62/100 CA: C – Responder
88/100 CA: D -Stateless autoconfiguration requires no additional setup, whereas Stateful autoconfiguration requires additional setup
91/100 CA: A – Routing loops and D – DoS attacks are correct for me. Any thoughts?
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/security-center/ttl-expiry-attack.html
14/27 CA: C and E – inside global & outside local
18/27 CA: R5(config-if)# ipv6 bandwidth-percent eigrp 55 80

Hello Guys,
just want to ask if it is possible to practice the LABs using Packet Tracer? I am having a hard time to use GNS3. GNS3 is not working for me. :(
@Yoshimitsu yes use the new packet tracer , no gns3 is more Professional
@Yoshimitsu the files provided by bigitaltut are quite old (.net files) and if you are using GNS3 version 2.1.8/2.1.9 this will not work. Try to convert the .net files to gns3. Have a look at the following link; https://gns3-converter.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html. Keep in mind that you need to have python installed in your box.
@pjsousa
I mostly agree with your corrections.
3/227 is indeed not clear but still think its B?
1.If input ACLs are configured on the inbound interface.
2. If the packet has arrived on the best return path to the source by doing a reverse lookup in the FIB table.
3. Does a lookup of the Cisco Express Forwarding table for packet forwarding.
4. Checks output ACLs on the outbound interface.
5. Forwards the packet.
120/227
I would also choose EIGRP. Because while BGP can do some types load-balancing it’s more restricted and condition-restrained.
80/100
This one is indeed weird. As you say it should udp.
68/100
Agreed.
91/100
The word “adverse” in the question hints at malicious intent. So for me its DoS attacks.
5/27
This is a bit confusing for me tho. ACD is the same answer. And while B seems good since it’s on the outgoing interface, i feel like it deny udp any any eq 80, should be using tcp instead.
@bbymona
5/27
I think there is a fault in the text of the answer. The right answer A because of its direction out only. But there is a mistake. I think it is TCP not UDP…
@bbymona
91/100 The routing loop is adverse circumstance too…
QUESTION 101
If the total bandwidth is 64 kbps and the RTT is 3 seconds, what is the bandwidth delay product?
A. 8,000 bytes
B. 16,000 bytes
C. 24,000 bytes
D. 32,000 bytes
E. 62,000 bytes
Correct Answer: C
this should be 24,000 bits right? not bytes
@RouteRider
91/100 – Yeah, its not 100% clear. Depending on what your talking about (it helps prevent routing loops for rip for example). But I guess its the feature word that gets stuck in my head, and if you gooogle TTL feature cisco, you mostly get articles about security in bgp with ttl.
QUESTION 123
Which option is invalid when configuring Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding?
A. allow self ping to router
B. allow default route
C. allow based on ACL match
D. source reachable via both
Correct Answer: D or C???
@Yoshimitsu
Q123
Restrictions for Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding
Unicast RPF does not support access control list (ACL) templates.
The following basic restrictions apply to multihomed clients:
Clients should not be multihomed on the same device because multihoming defeats the purpose of creating a redundant service for a client.
Ensure that packets that flow up the link (out to the Internet) match the route advertised out of the link. Otherwise, Unicast RPF filters these packets as malformed packets.
Unicast RPF is available only on images that support Cisco Express Forwarding.
I think C…
@Yoshimitsu
Q101
“First we have to change from kbyte to byte
64 000 bytes / 8 = 8000;
Then we have to multiply 3, because the timerange is 3 sec.
8000 x 3 seconds = 24000 bytes” – from nneettwwoorrkkiinngg dump
Please send me the new dump spoto 227 to mss279970 @ gmail .com

Hey Guys,
Anyone studying from premium on this site ? The last questions are dated in March and I am sure there will be more new questions released by Cisco .
Has anyone passed recently ?

anybody know the correct answer for this?
I don’t see any new question being posted. NOTE Cisco has change the test; therefore, without new questions you will fail test.
@Nickname correct : ABD
Can anyone please send me the new dump?

Which statement about local policy routing is true?
A. It is used to policy route packets that are generated by the device.
B. It requires all packets to be packet switched.
C. It is used to policy route packets that pass through the device.
D. It requires all packets to be CEF switched.
E. It supports IPv4 packets only. F. It requires an ip address or access list as the matching criteria.
why Answer A is correct ? it should be C right ?
Please send me the new dump spoto 227 to fudongbin @ gmail .com
I took the test last week scoring 779 points. I fail because I ran into a lot of new questions I have not seen before. I am reluctant to invest in another dump until I can verify the questions are new. Is possible for you to share dump? Vaiking2020 @ Gmail.com remove spaces
@ Routerider,
Interesting ha…
Both addresses were used to form neighborship(hellos) & lsa exchange.
LSa acknowledge -> only ff02::5 (destination)
DB exchane -> only link local (destination)
link local always being used as source address.
I think question should be “to form neighborship” then we can safely landed to the answer as “link-local” because that was the biggest different in contrast to the ipv4.
@Rif Yes correct answer should be A, Local word makes all the difference.
Can anyone please share me 227 dump -> email ID – {email not allowed}. Pleaseeee

QUESTION 475
Using new backup router in spite of faulty one in ospf domain but relationship with neighbor in one interface only not working , what is the reason of this problem? (Choose
Two)
A. area Id match
B. authentication mismatch
C. process id of ospf not match
D. ospf timers not match
E. MTU mismatch
————————————————————————————————————————–
To me, B,D,E can be valid questions.
->Authentication can be set globally or per interface level
-> Ospf timers must match on the interface to establish relationship
-> MTU must match as well.
Regarding MTU, Cisco says: “Mismatch might allow the other router to be listed in the output of the show ip ospf neighbor command, but the MTU mismatch will prevent proper operation of the topology exchange.”
I have seen this question only with 4 options and without MTU…
@francusss, could u please comment on my inputs regarding the Q227? Since u passed the exam and all of your questions were from this latest dump…it will help us alot.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers
@Patrick Gost , can you please share the dumps to ccnaccnpccie2017 @ gmail .com
Could you please share latest CCNP Route dumps to brayanrockt@ gmail . com
@pjsousa
Q475
A must be correct. To establish relationship between routers area ID must be the same (it means that both of them must be in Area 0 or Area 10 etc.)
@pjsousa kaktus
I did not have this question in my exam. I think the correct answer is B and D. A can not be already that area_id is used when you want to authenticate all the interfaces (the question says it just does not work in an interface)
