195q states C+ E are correct, however I think the correct answers are C+D.

I do not see how the “under-utilization of a link” can cause latency issue

Can you please share your view ?

Yeah actually I compared both questions and they are using the same as this forum, and another person confirmed the change they said that the simulations doesn’t have any change but they only got the 20% of the McQ of the 195q, I have many exam in a couple hours so I will share my own experience.

Daluvian, we need more data before we can jump to a conclusion.
