this is why i choose d for 4th question:
aaa authentication ppp default group radius group tacacs+ local
In this example, “default” is the name of the method list. The protocols included in this method list are listed after the name, in the order they are to be queried. The default list is automatically applied to all interfaces.
When a remote user attempts to dial in to the network, the network access server first queries R1 for authentication information. If R1 authenticates the user, it issues a PASS response to the network access server and the user is allowed to access the network. If R1 returns a FAIL response, the user is denied access and the session is terminated. If R1 does not respond, then the network access server processes that as an ERROR and queries R2 for authentication information. This pattern would continue through the remaining designated methods until the user is either authenticated or rejected, or until the session is terminated.
It is important to remember that a FAIL response is significantly different from an ERROR. A FAIL means that the user has not met the criteria contained in the applicable authentication database to be successfully authenticated. Authentication ends with a FAIL response. An ERROR means that the security server has not responded to an authentication query. Because of this, no authentication has been attempted. Only when an ERROR is detected will AAA select the next authentication method defined in the authentication method list.
@and this question came out on the CCNA and the correct answer should be C. In the question it says access server not a router/switch. plus the question is pretty much vague because if it would have shown the config like you mentioned then yes answer would have been D
pretty much a trick question. I actually saw this question back when I took CCNA but different way of asking the same question on the ROUTE test.
*know TACACS+ Operation and Respones*
@Mario, nope none of those
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2/security/configuration/guide/fsecur_c/scftplus.pdf
2. The network access server will eventually receive one of the following responses from the
TACACS+ daemon:
a. ACCEPT—The user is authenticated and service may begin. If the network access server is
configured to requite authorization, authorization will begin at this time.
b. REJECT—The user has failed to authenticate. The user may be denied further access, or will
be prompted to retry the login sequence depending on the TACACS+ daemon.
c. ERROR—An error occurred at some time during authentication. This can be either at the
daemon or in the network connection between the daemon and the network access server. If an
ERROR response is received, the network access server will typically try to use an alternative
method for authenticating the user.
d. CONTINUE—The user is prompted for additional authentication information.
i would say correct answer to this question is d…. based on my comment above
4. A network access serve using TACACAS+ for AAA operations receives an error message from the TACACS+ server. which action does the network access server take next ?
a. It attempts to authenticate the user against RADIUS
b. It restarts and attempts to reconnect to the TACACS+ server
c. It rejects the user access request the
d. It checks the method list for an additional AAA option < correct answer
@ and –>exactly!
*know EVN* and how to configure, read about it…it was on there
@and good point thanks for correcting.
@www what labs did you get? standard ospf or ospf virtual link?
@www
well done bro
please share valid questions
today i wrote my Route exam and i did make it i got 736 & all the simulators are still valid but i was killed with first 10 question talking about MPP(management plane policing) & Copp(control plane policing) . they just give the abreviation like MPP & Copp truly i did kno what it mean at all until i just researched about. So tut we need more questions on mpp & copp
@Osams thanks for updating. did you get the same sim questions and D & D as the other folks?
THE DUMPS ARE STILL VALID-PASS 8XX
You won’t pass with a super high score, but if you study enough you will be fine.
10-15 new questions.
SIMS: EIGRP stub, OSPF configuration, OSPF/EIGRP redistribution
DND: All from Kikavich PDF
Make sure to look back at the other questions in this thread. I definitely noticed a couple of those.
I found Kikavich pdf to be most helpful. I studdied:
-Prince 91 Q
-Kikavich All in one (Especially the questions not included in 477)
-Jazzy 477
Noticed questions from all of them. Look back in the comments to find the download link
wrote route and failed. sims, drag drops r good but topics on EVN, NTP, MPP and CoPP, DHCP need more studies
DHCP questions are at the end of kikavich
Many EVN questions in kikavich, Jazzy 477
NTP authentication at the end of Kikavich
MPP question at end of kikavich
did kikavich not jazzy thou, shld hv did jazzy too I fault myself
please can someone post the jazzy dumps
Can someone confirm if this question appeared on the test?
Which BGP option is required when load sharing over multiple equal-bandwidth parallel from a single CE router to a single ISP router over eBGP?
A. eBGP Multipath
B. eBGP Multihop
C. BGP Synchronization
D. Public AS numbers
hi guys has there been any created dnd dumps that’s actually dnd? i’m referring to jazzy all in one dnd section

Question 40
Refer to the following command.
Logging Console 7
Which option is one of the effects entering this command on a Cisco IOS router, with no additional logging configuration?
A. Debug messages can be seen on the console by enabling “terminal monitor”
B. Debug messages are logged only on active console connections.
C. A user that is connected via SSH sees level 7 messages
D. The router can experience high CPU utilization
Digital answer A
all dumps answer B
@Student answer is B. Whenever in in console – terminal monitor is on. Logging console 7 tells what type of message you will see for the active console connections. The number 7 tells you that all kinds of messages will be shown. See table 3 at the link below.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/wireless/software/guide/SysMsgLogging.html
Refer to the exhibit. A network engineer executes the show ipv6 ospf database command and is presented with the output that is shown. Which flooding scope is referenced in the link-state type?
(Exhibit missing)
A. link-local
B. area
C. AS (OSPF domain)
D. reserved
Whats the correct answ
@student Can’t tell since it’s referring to an exhibit. But I’d say either B or C, since that’s what’s populated in the database.
dears
any one can provide the answer of the below ?
2.Which two features ara added in MSCHAP Version 2
a. Backwards-compatibility with MSCHAP version 1
b. Using the MD5 hash for stronger security
c. Ability to change an expired password
d. using 3 way handshakes for authentication
e. mutual authentication between peers
4.What is the default authentication in RIPv2 when authentication is enabled
a. SHA1 authentication
b. Enable password authentication
c. Plaintext authentication
d. MD5 authentication

If this configuration is applied to a device that redistributes EIGRP routes into OSPF. Which two
statements about the behavior of the device are true? (Choose Two).
A. EIGRP routes appears in the routing table as E2 OSPF routes
B. The device router ID is set to Loopback0 automatically
C. The device redistributes all EIGRP networks into OSPF
D. EIGRP routes appears in the routing table as N2 OSPF routes
E. The device redistributes only classful EIGRP networks into OSPF
F. EIGRP routes appears as type 3 LSAs in the OSPF database.
All say A and E
But A is wrong because the local router see eigrp route with “D”
Because he prefer his eigrp AD over ospf ,A talk about the local router because this i think the answer is C and E
I correct ?
@Student I’d have answered A,E.
Because if C, E then the answer will be that the device redisitributes ALL EIGRP networks into OSPF and ONLY classful EIGRP networks. These two answers kind of goes against each other.
@marcus
This will work u only if u config on R3 metric-type 2e
But digital config on R3 metric type 1
@Alright
Ty i understand know
I will take the exam next will and i need help with this lab
I’ve just noticed that doing this lab like it’s explained in the solution we have ASYMMETRIC routing!! is this expected?
The way from R1 to R4 will be R1 -> R2 -> R4, that’s OK.
But the way back from R4 to R1 will be R4 -> R3 -> R2 -> R1
And that’s because when we configure redistribution of EIGRP to OSPF on both R2 and R3, we see that metric is better in the redistribution of R3 since the link R3-R4 is FastEthernet and has better bandwith and delay than the link betwen R2-R4. So R4 chooses R3 in the way back to 192.168.1.0 as we can see in the routing table:
R4#sh ip route
…
Gateway of last resort is not set
172.16.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets
C 172.16.100.0 is directly connected, Loopback0
C 192.168.4.0/24 is directly connected, FastEthernet0/0
O E1 192.168.1.0/24 [110/30] via 192.168.4.2, 00:02:35, FastEthernet0/0 <—
O E1 192.168.2.0/24 [110/30] via 192.168.4.2, 00:02:35, FastEthernet0/0
C 192.168.3.0/24 is directly connected, Serial0/0
R4#
Does anybody else noticed that? what do you think? is correct?
Hi, Can someone share R3n3 M0l3naar files How to Master CCNP Route Tshoot and Switch?
I’ve been longing for those PDFs but I can not find them here.
Godbless to all.
@mario I can confirm that I saw that question when I took the exam about 2 weeks ago.
Luckily I got 790 today with 60Q. There are at least 40Q new.
No eval questions. New DnD for SNMP. Lab are the same though.
@jar
Do u remember any new questions, will u share here with us? Thanks.

However, make sure you check the 15 or so new questions listed on the last couple of pages. I had about 10 of those…and around 15 new Q’s in total. I did have the MPP and CPP DnD but all the other DND’s were old ones. Same with the Sims…all old ones.
@Passed
Do you remember MPP and CPP drag n drop ??
would you be able to share here pls ?
@Sandman0409 thanks
@passed how many D&D did you get on your test?
Hello kindly i need your help.Am using boson netsim11 for the first time and every time i input a command it says incomplete command ,how can i solve that? email me please mosesmuia 01 @ gmail . com ..thanks
@marones and @kevin
Pls don’t spam us with by selling your so call valid dump.
I’ve taken exam today and I know your claim is not true.
@Ghauri
There are too much new questions, I can just recalled a few
Ripv2 authentication, dhcp relay, OSPF lsa, dhcp service provider, NAT & DMVPN
@Jar did you encounter the questions that were posted in the forum a couple of days ago? is the NAT & DMVPN question together? talks about NHRP used behind a NAT?
DHCP SP?
@Jar also, how many total D & D did you get? you mentioned there was a new one for SNMP, what does that entail? ports? versions? get, set etc?
@Mario
Yes question ask how nat with DMVPN work, how hub and spoke work behind nat
Dhcp SP in address family. I think got like 6 or 7 DnD. About snmp server,agent,mib, etc
@anonymous thanks. Would you happen to remember which d&d you get?
@Hallfawi

From the same page – “Specify whether the interface will use plain text or MD5 authentication.
The default authentication used in RIPv2 is plain text authentication,”
Plain text is correct!
