Good luck everybody.
Big thanks to digitaltut team.
@Edwoard_csco
Just passed the exam this morning. Don’t worry all questions are from here. I didn’t see any new questions on my exam. If you practiced and study here, you should be good for your exam tomorrow.
@JT
Thanks for the advice.
So, I understand that you had the labs: Rapid PVST+ and LACP – VRF- OSPF prefix-list – EBGP???
Hi,
I need CBT Nuggets for ENCOR
Can someone help?
Thanks
Recertified recently. 84 Qs 4 Sims.
I didn’t do very well on the questions. Just enough to pass. Definitely study all the old and new questions. There may have been a few new questions.
ebgp – same here, different as #s and interface IPs
vrf – steps 1, 2, and 3 – yes tunnel protection ipsec profile MyProfile
lacp/udld – steps 1, 2, and 3
new sim or different
configure ospf on router 1 (same topology here) without using the network statements.
There was no “router ospf 1” config. I added point-to-point for the the interfaces and summerizied under “router ospf 1” I’m not sure that was correct. Time was running out. I’m happy to pass.
Hi, did the exam on 18th, no changes to SIMs. Did BGP, VRF, LACP & OSPF.
Please check closely on “sh run” as they do slight changes like interface with VRF or not.
Also please go through the all the sample questions, not only the latest one.
Good Luck everyone.
Passed today 19 0ct
88 question
I saw one new question about paython script
4 laps (LACP UDLD,VRF :DON’T use tunnel vrf Corp command
Tunnel is preconfigured ; i just add tunnel destination and assign the tunnel to vrf Vorp;tunnel protection is required
You can show the configured origilr by sh run section crypto
Bgp with address family
Ospf DR and opspf sunmmary of area 10 and area 30 to area zerro
Try to practice laps on eve_ng , it will help you
Good luck everyone

Thanks
I just passed.
The questions were the same. I took the composite test a few times. There were few new questions.
88 questions and 4 labs.
eBGP Neighbor Yes 2
Rapid PVST+ and LACP Yes
OSPF Advertised & Summarized Yes
Rapid PVST+ and LACP Yes
Thanks DigitalTut. Go to ENARSI now!
ENCOR exam will feature a revamped format where all lab items will be placed at the beginning of the exam. Candidates will now tackle the 4 performance-based items in the first hour, followed by multiple-choice questions in the second hour.
Has anyone experienced this as of October 23?
All,
Pass!!!
The exam has changed. There are 6 labs, that come first, OSPF Advertise & Sum, EBGP nei 2, LACP &Root bridge, Netflow 2 (SSH), Copp, VRF with NO IPSEC. 58 Questions on the exam. I believe there were new questions. Most were on parts 1-5. Thats what i studied, but study 4-11 just in case
My friend ThroatPunch, this radical change is impossible
Cisco doesn’t make it that difficult
These labs are very big
6 labs,
OSPF Advertise
OSPF Sum,
EBGP nei 2,
LACP
root bridge,
Netflow 2
Copp,
VRF
just saw this. Half of Cisco’s CCNP Enterprise exam now includes hands-on labs
so what’s the latest update for the question? total number of questions changed ?
just finish the exam a few minutes ago and i can confirm the new format, 6 labs at the beginning on the exam and 58 questions
also there are new questions for sure did read all sections 1-11 old and new
labs where
ospf summary
netflow 2
VRF only access to R20 and switch dowstream
Access-list & CoPP Sim
eBGP Neighbor Sim
LACP & Root Bridge Sim
witing for my result
well just got the confirmation i pass :) so please understand the concepts, the new questions are similar to the old question they just change the way they ask,
Anonymous,
I understand your concern. I was surprised as well to see 6 labs. The information at the front of the exams states to plan for the first hour to spend on the 6 sims. I personally enjoyed the labs first, huge confidence boost for me as someone that spends a lot of time troubleshooting and configuring in traditional route-switch environments. Dont let the number of sims scare you. They were fairly straight forward. Have an understanding of the concepts and you’ll be fine. Make sure to look through ALL the sims and know how to configure Netflow, CoPP, as well as advertising networks into OSPF under the interfaces.
Just had the exam today. Man twas tough! 6 labs, wow! Out of 58 qs, im guessing about 20% is new. 10 qs for automation. Ospf summary. Vrf tunnel. Eigrp. Copp. Lacp. Bgp add family.
Easy to get lost in copp, spent 15min on it. Am that awful!
Onto enarsi!
Thanks giys!
Screw
no one ever reported 6 labs and the number of questions is not 58. can you please confirm your location?
@Screw- EIGRP Lab? Anyone else confirm this or otherwise?
Jackson
I don’t think Screw is serious, it is only spam
Failed today. Please understand the sheer volume of content that is here–much more than three (or six) years ago. One 12 hour cramming session won’t even get you close. Duh. :). I recognized almost every question from the material here, I just didn’t remember the answers.
CoPP / NetFlow / eBGP / ospf / lacp. all basically the same conceptually, different area’s, AS’s, IP’s etc.
I got one last shot. Back to work.
unfortunately, SPOTO just confirmed the changes on CCNP
6 labs at the beginning and the multiple Qs after
I got 6 Sims Qs and was devastating.Keep your eyes on this forum.
the labs are according this site names:
OSPF Advertised & Summarized Sim
NetFlow Sim 2
VRF Configuration Sim
Access-list & CoPP Sim
eBGP Neighbor Sim
LACP & Root Bridge Sim
only one person report that he got EIGRP on his exam
No, what Screw described is similar to what I saw today. (and failed).
After looking back at the labs here is what I had today. All six. All first. The exam recommended allowing about half the time for the labs and half for multiple choice. I only had 40 minutes left for the 50 multiple choice questions because I didn’t study and had to use command context a whole lot to remember what the hell I was doing. Set up the labs and do them folks!
-OSPF Summarization Sim 2 – I swear it asked for a /17 summery in mine but I didn’t get much sleep last night :)
-eBGP Neighbor Sim 2 – identical, basically
-VRF Configuration Sim – setup tunnel, etc.
-Access-list & CoPP Sim – allow eigrp – also mine was 100% allow telnet, and it was from a specific host (i think).
-Netflow Sim – nothing new
-LACP & Root Bridge Sim – nothing new
Hi folks,
I can confirm that the exam now comes with 6 labs at the beginning and ~60 questions.
Unfortunately there were new questions, but the labs were all from here. The labs are simple, but the questions are challenging.
Good luck
@Lizza
how many new questions? do you remember any? can you please confirm the labs you got?
@Lizza can you confirm this question had been apper on you exam?
What IOS command disables 802.1x authentication (EAPOL) on a switch port?
authentication port-control force-authorized
dot1x system-authentication none
authentication port-control none
authentication port-control force-unauthorized
Or this one new question, can you someone to confirm.
What is the purpose of a route distinguisher?
enable route leaking within the same VRF
unique identifier for VRF route //this is the right answer//
prevent overlapping addresses between VRFs
assign a unique name to VRF
unique identifier of a VRF routing table
Correct! You have selected correct answer.
@someone
incase you are asking about the answer is authentication port-control force-authorized
@mimo i know that is the right answer, just ask it is appear on a exam, because is not including here. And i seek to know it is new or not. But Thanks i appreciate for your effort.
Hello Guys,
I have got exams in 1 week. Saw that exams has been changed.
Please advise how to prepare myself.
Passed the exam today, The 6 lab mentioned here are the labs that appeared in mine. Lot of new questions in multiple choice. Granted i’m not well prepared this time, i feel like guess half of them.
I don’t know if posting links is valid here, but if you Google “Cisco Enterprise Core (350-401 ENCOR) Lab Items Now Grouped Together” , the first item is a link to Cisco’s site confirming what everyone is saying. This is not spam.
@JohnMoustass
just go through the newly added labs to the exam and you will be ok and focus on 1-5 also
Passed. Same 6 labs. VRF did not have tunnel pre-configured. Many new multiple choice questions.
I did it today and I didn’t pass. I was disappointed with the questions in the 9tut simulation, because a lot of different questions were asked, but all of them were dropped Lab from the platform lab de vrf – bgp Andress family – ospf Summary – Netflow – Control plane – root bridge
Hi MetalMan,
Did you study all the question..
Man I am fried…doing Part 7 now and my exam is on Thursday.
I already learn all the questions – Archicture until drag and drop.. I am thinking to learn the new questions and labs…
@AB-78
Yes, I studied all the questions multiple times. There were still many new ones on the exam.
@MetalMan
is it still worth studying the v1.1, 1 thru 5 questions?
I took 3 exams successfully but the Encore exam was not reliable and I was not approved.
VRF Lab is different and can only be used on a single router.
Lab bgp Andress family ok
Lab ospf Summary ok–
Lab Netflow 2 has a different scenario
lab Control plane – ok
Lab root bridge – ok
Only 20% of the simulation questions dropped
I aced the 11 simulations and did very poorly on the exam.
I took the exam today and passed.
It was not in the new format; there were 87 questions, including 4 simulation questions.
Since I selected a non-English language and took the exam in the Asia-Pacific region, these factors may have influenced the exam format, so please keep this in mind.
The simulation questions were as follows:
+Rapid PVST+ and LACP Sim
+VRF Configuration Sim
+OSPF DR BDR Simulation 2
+eBGP Neighbor Simulation 2
I believe that most of the multiple-choice questions were from Parts 1 through 5, though my memory is a bit unclear.
Best of luck to everyone else taking the exam!
I gave exam today and passed!!!!
-Got 6 LABS but same in here but not exactly the same, it will be different parameter we have to -know exactly and need to know the traffic flow and how all the setups work.
-Got some new questions as well.
-Most of the questions are JSON , SD-WAN, SD-access, VTY, Access list. Automations (drag and drop)
–
– LABS – VRF, EBGP, NetFlow, COPP allowed telnet, LACP,
its easy if you know the concepts of and LABS handy here.
All the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
congrat @kamaleshwar
Does anyone here know if digitaltut or networktut has ACI materials 300-620?
@CLoud No .you need SPOTO but it is very expensive above 250 dollars 12 days access …
Still valid?
