Hi Guys! I have counted more 800+ Questions (New ENCOR Questions- Parts + Right section) but also have seen that some questions are repeated in different places. Is this correct? How many real questions do we have to study? Thanks!
@New Guy
You need to subsections 4-11 + labs
Took the exam recently and passed. Tut delivered as per usual. 90% of the questions can be found within 4-11 or per topic questions. Had the ospf labs. My advise is go through all questions on the website at least twice and try the composite exam few times. If you pass it then good to go. Obviously, there are a lot of question so can’t memorize them. Learn the concept and this will help you smash it in the short time -120mins. Premium is well worth it. Thanks !
I did my Encor exam on yesterday April 29th. There were lots of unfamiliar questions, I managed to pass. Labs were from here (configuring bgp in the middle router, glbp and ospf without network statement). I have only done New ENCOR questions – part 4 to 11 from this site. So I dont know whether they were new questions or from the study materials on the bottom right of this website. Study well & all the best to the rest of you guys!
Hi, I’m a premium member. How can I download the pdf of Q&A?
thank you
Concentrate on Part 9~11, most Quiz referece it, and i also recommended to you study part4~11. Some Quiz still from there.
Today’s Pick: Span And Netflow, Port-Channel, Vrrp, oSFP Diff area sim.
I Think Almost 99% Quiz from Digital Tut. Because I Only studied at digitaitut But I feel “I Saw this quiz almost”
Good Luck
Can I just study part 10 to 11 and pass the exam? Is part 10 to 11 enough?
@Robert, no you will need to study all q/a including all labs
Pass last Apr 27, no total score only percentage performance on 6 sections
most of the multiple choices are still valid, didn’t seem to see anything new
about 6x drag and drop
3 Sims
– OSPF interface (3 routers, same area and Lo0)
– BGP Allowas-in (R1 & R3)
– Trunking and VRRP (AS1, DSW1 & DSW2)
Premium account is well worth it, Thanks Digitaltul
Goodluck!!!
Hello everyone, my old CCNP certificate expired in February. To renew it, passing Encore exam is enough or not?
please answer who know it
@mirzo, you just said that your ccnp already expired in February? No, you have to take all exams again to get your CCNP and not just ENCOR.
just pass, all questions from here except maybe 1 new SIM: Port channel with allowed vlan 1,500 + some basic LACP/trunk/dot1q correction. Thanks for help .
passed as well – questions are still valid 90%++, got 3 sims and a bundle of drag and drops. my advice is to continually work on composite exams and be familiarized with sims.
May the odds be forever in your favor folks!
@hello
hi mirzo you have to take one core and one or more concentration to be CCNP again, no shortcut for that. if you could managed to get certified before it expired, only one concentration was enough for you
Are these questions still valid from premium ?
Questions valid in May 2023?
Premium is enough to pass. I got 4 SIMS today (VRRP, BGP with allowas-in, OSPF and a new one to fix config in switch and connection among 3 PCs)
Passed exam yesterday, 4 sims:
Ospf same area, three routers without auth
Bgp as-override
Glbp
And new sim which is not in premium:
Bgp three routers, all 3 connected full mesh, you need to config bgp on R1
Plenty of D&D, most from premium
@ DigitalTul
Would you please update the Simulators sections as per previous comments
As well as if there is any new questions update
I am planning to take my exam in 3 days
@Digitaltut, please could you check the new lab on exam, and update here for us? thanks
My exam is tomorrow, any recommendations for that SIM that is not in the premium
Dear Admin – Please convert the Q and A into a PDF file and share on the open site. Thanks for all the work :)
Passed last Thursday. I highly advise Premium membership. About 3 new questions which were easy if concepts are understood. Got 3 labs, OSPF Authentication with Different Areas, SPAN and NetFlow , and VRRP. The exam is really tough, and honestly I dont see how anyone can pass it with 80%+ even with studying and training and I have been working in the industry for 15+ years.
@hi Samk.f333d
passed today!!! Digitut legit. got 4 sim EEM. new BGP sim but easily to configure, OSPF use network with message digest, SPAN & NetFlow Sim,
Question 1 Where is the wireless LAN controller located in a mobility express deployment?
D. There is no wireless LAN controller in the network.
Explanation: Mobility Express is the ability to use an access point (AP) as a controller instead of a real WLAN controller. But this solution is only suitable for small to midsize, or multi-site branch locations where you might not want to invest in a dedicated WLC. A Mobility Express WLC can support up to 100 APs.
So the right answer is B. The wireless LAN controller is embedded into the access point. ?
Passed today. Only 3 new question and 1 new sim. Rest were all from premium.
The new questions easy to answer there were from ospf and trunking.
New sim was related to ospf priority
Does anybody has the latest digital tut questions in pdf format ?
where cn i get it?
@ Steve Rogers cn u get me the dtut questions ?
@Digitaltut users are now getting new BGP sim, kindly update the new BGP SIM asap. Thx
@Steve Rogers
@rr
Could you please let us know which type of BGP SIM, was it? So, we can prepare for it.
R1 is not configure BGP, you may look the configuration of R2 to copy the bgp config to R1 as just it.
Passed the exam today. I had 4 SIMs: GLBP, BGP (allowas-in), SPAN & Netflow. I had one new one, which was OSPF, summarizing routes & assigning router as DR.
95% questions were from this site premium, maybe 2 or 3 that I hadn’t seen before, but like others say, easy enough to navigate through. I can’t remember the actual q’s now, that 2 hours has become a blur lol.
This site is brilliant, and a premium account, plus 2 months (for me atleast) of religious Composite Q’s etc will get you your pass.
@ DigitalTut
As per users update there seem to be 2 new SIM, those are BGP and OSPF
Would you please update the SIM section

I am planning to give the exam after 15 days
@ DigitalTut As per users update
Passed today. Thanks @DigitalTut!
I basically had same experience as @Iron Man.
The SIMs I had: EEM, SPAN, Netflow, IP SLA and OSPF Authentication are all explained here.
However, I had a new BGP SIM with three routers each on different ASs. The task was to configure one router to make it peer with the other two and advertise its loopbacks. The big problem I had with this was that the IP addressing shown in the topology didn’t match what the routers had in their configurations. So, I sticked to the requirements: Fixed ip address configuration of the router as per topology (Not an actual requirement but needed to match the requirements of the task) and applied the configuration as requested not minding the router wouldn’t peer with the other two due to the incorrect ip addressing.
Unfortunately, I cannot say what I did was right or wrong becasue I didn’t receive a score. I was only told I passed and that’s good enough for me! :)
Good luck!
@ DigitalTut
As per recent exam takers, a new SIM was added to their exam which consist of Tunnel And VRF configuration. Could you please update the portal and have it added. Thanks
Did anyone get sim about EEM applet?
Hi Guys! I study part4-11 + Sim section that enough to pass exam or not?
Hey Faiz, i have the same question. Is the NEW questions section + sims enough or we need to stody ENCOR 350-401 section + New ENCOR Questions + SIMs to pass ?
can anyone confirm this please?
Hello everyone, just had the exam, passed it, 9tut questions are 100% valid. Read them good. Also had totally 4 labs : BGP, (R2 to configure with as-override), OSPF (to cofigure with out network and add point-to-point), HSRP and the last one was new OSPF (5 routers R1,R2,R3,R10 and R20, had to configure R3 so R20 can always be the DR between them and R10 not to participiate on DR/BDR election, but without to use the network point-to-point
command) @DigitalTut
Was reading the cisco book for the exam and spent time to learn the question from 9tut.
Good luck to everyone hope, i helped you with the new lab.
I have 2 questions
1- Do I know the pass/fail result once I finisg the exam , or should there be a waiting period to know?
2- Is the Lab/ SIM questions scores partial credit if part of the configuration is wrong/ incomplete , or it is just give all/none score
it is strange but first time for me, after exam I got message, score report will be in certmetric/cisco… page. in ~15 minutes I saw under exam passed, and about in 30 minutes I got mail that score report is available. But real score was not in report, only “pass” and percentage for each section.
100% questions from here (of course not only 4-11 section!!)
also 1 new sim- that one under “BGP Neighbor Sim (Draft Version)” page. left all info about sim inside
@Digitaltut, Please, is possible to put the new OSPF lab that @nikosmakos told today?
My exam is tomorrow. Thank you
@Digitaltut, Please, is possible to put the new OSPF lab
My exam is tomorrow May 7th
@nikosmakos
Do you remember how the routers in the new OSP SIM is connected to each other.
Does it needs the “ip ospf priority xxx” interface command to be able to elect R20 as DR, same with R10 to not participate in DR/BDR election?
@nikosmakos, thank you for you report about the new lab.
I’m studing the opsf process DR/BDR i’ve read to put priority 0 for the router not to participiate on DR/BDR election, and priority high to election DR, but without to use the network point-to-point.
I think that the others is the comum configuration on OSPF.
What priority number you put int this scenario?
Thank you
