The labs overhere are 9x% identical to those on the exam. If you practise them here you’ll be fine. In the exam you can use tab, help, sh log, sh run etc. like on regular equipment. I had the EEM applet as 1 of the sims. I implemented it as stated here and tested it by shutting the interface and checked the logs to see that it had been enabled again by the applet. Saved config and done.

I think there is a last moment to pass the exam. Cisco is changing this exam from May.

The ENCOR exam will be updated to v1.1 as from 20 Sept 2023.

@everybody does any of you have the lab manual CCNP encore v8 in PDF format. I saw the paper option but… easier to deal with the ebook one.

@ cutesammie check the same link which Mr. Mr. provided. Some changes will be published starting May-July 2023 (Security and Enterprise are marked green).

Indeed, the updated exam (I reckon the content / topics) will be published May-July and the first test-date is Sept 20th. How much different the updated exam will be compared to the existing exam we can only speculate on. Which I won’t do as it’s of no use. For people studying now it may be a nice target date, to try to pass ENCOR before the update.

Does that mean , the syllabus and exam pattern changes before June ? @Digitaltut please advice as am preparing for the ENCOR 350-401 and just taken the membership.

The exam won’t change until Sept 20. The topics covered by the new exam will be announced few months before that date to allow people to prepare.

Passed the exam yesterday, after a hard 15 days of study. I got the BGP (allowas-in), OSPF (No network command) & VRRP Sim and some D&D questions. All the Questions, D&D’s and SIMs are here in this website. Didn’t encounter any new questions. So make sure you learn them well.

When taking exam from home. Does it require you to have webcam?

@ Lucas of course it does. They will install special software on your laptop and check everything running, even in the background. They will check what is around in the room you’re sitting. What’s on your desk, what’s underneath your desk. During the exam, you will be unable to look around or over the screen of your laptop. It is painful.

Passed the exam today, all questions are still valid. Had 3 labs – GLBP, Netflow and Portchannel.

Can someone advise, in the exam are the majority of the questions from the section “New ENCOR Questions”, or are the questions under “ENCOR 350-401” also valid questions from the exam?

Hi All!

Just passed my exam. I had the BGP LAB (configure the middle router) / HRSP lab ( I did not use preempt in both devices, only the first ) / OSPF no network Lab, no authentication, point to point config.

94 questions in total, all questions from this site, did the exam in 1 hour ( so do not be worried about not having enough time, you have plenty )

Please study not only NEW encore questions but all questions on this site and the test takes all of the questions into account.

Also take into account the exam is in english with an english keyboard, which means if you take it in a test center outside of the US and UK the keyboard will not be the same. I would suggest checking where is everything on a UK keyboard before you take the exam so you do not waste time trying to find where the backslash key will be etc and so you can do the labs

Also just to add, in the new exams you can use ? / tab / help in the labs ( something you could not do in the old CCNP ) which makes life 100 percent easier

@ CiscoPass what do you mean by BGP sim – configure the middle router – as far as I know there is to be configured R1 and R3? Please explain what is to be configured on R2? Thanks.

Passed exam today!! Got all the questions and SIMs from DT except couple of new questions but those were easy to crack. I got 3 labs (OSPF with network and authentication, OSPF without network and EEM for loopback unshut). All the questions and SIMs are still valid, make sure you prepare all the sections along with the updated new sections in part 4-11.

Just finished the exam yesterday. I passed.

97% of questions were from the premium materials. I got 3 SIM. HSRP, Port Channel and Logging and NetFlow Sim. Lots of exhibits questions. Please carefully study all the SIMS. They should contain more marks.

Now I am CCNP re-certified for the next 3 years.

3,5 years ago I did recertify old ccnp to ccnp enterprise. Is not the encor exam enough this time to recertify the ccnp enterprise?

@ Blupp Yes, one core exam is enough to recertify, but I think you missed the deadline if you did your cert over 3 years ago. Cisco exams are valid only 3 years.

As far as I’ve heard, Nuggets + OCG is enough if you know your shit from ENCOR/Old CCNP.

are the question same for online at home exam and vue test center ?

Hi Guys! I have counted more 800+ Questions (New ENCOR Questions- Parts + Right section) but also have seen that some questions are repeated in different places. Is this correct? How many real questions do we have to study? Thanks!
